Aaron Weitzen is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Highlands Cove.

Before co-founding Highlands Cove, Aaron served as a Managing Director at Northwood Investors, a real estate private equity firm with approximately $8 billion in assets under management. At Northwood, he spearheaded a variety of investment strategies, including leading the firm’s investment activities in New York City.

Prior to Northwood, Aaron was a Vice President at Westbrook Partners, where he played a key role in acquisitions and the subsequent asset management of value-add and opportunistic investments. He began his career on the acquisitions team at Clarion Partners, a private real estate investment manager with approximately $70 billion in assets under management. At Clarion, Aaron focused on investments across the Sun Belt, Midwest, and the Eastern United States.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University in 2010.
