Ryan Morgan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Highlands Cove.

Ryan’s real estate career began when he was 15, rooted in the construction and development industry through his family’s business. He gained hands-on experience in property management and lease-ups, later overseeing the construction of over 1,100 units as a project engineer and superintendent. Building on that foundation, Ryan went on to lead multifamily developments as a principal, spearheading more than 2,900 units from concept through disposition.

Prior to Highlands Cove, Ryan co-founded and led a series of investment and development platforms focused on multifamily housing, most recently Morgan Stonehill. His projects have been recognized with honors, including “Development of the Year” by the Charlotte Business Journal and “Best Amenitized Project” by MF Magazine.

Ryan graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2010.
